What is SENCo?

 

 

SENCo stands for Special Education Needs Coordinator. Each school has a Special Education Needs (SEN) policy that is based on the framework set out in Part 3 of the Children and Families Act, 2014. The SENCo arranges for additional support, as needed, for pupils with SEN.
