Online
Please visit www.lana-cotone.co.uk and choose between home delivery and school delivery.
Home delivery is a free of charge delivery by hand, courier or post to your address of choice (home, office, etc). This service takes up to 3 working days.
School Delivery is only available during term time. Items are delivered to the AHS Reception or the pupil’s classroom. The items are either forwarded to the child’s school bag, or picked up by the child’s parent from Reception. This is a next school day delivery service.

For customers preferring not to use the internet, an ordering service is available by calling 0845 222 0384. Delivery is as per the online ordering service.
Payment
Lana-Cotone accepts cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Returns Policy
New Uniform: Items can be returned to us indefinitely for an exchange or a full refund as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging, quoting the original invoice number.
Second-Hand Uniform: Items can be returned to us within 3 weeks of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.
Sale Uniform: From time to time we may offer new uniform at a discounted price. Such sale items are not refundable. However, unworn items can be returned to us for an exchange within one week of delivery.
Returns can either be posted back to us (at the sender’s expense), or be left for collection by Lana-Cotone at the School Reception.
Second-Hand Uniform
While many Schools prefer for a parent or themselves to run their second-hand uniform shop, others would prefer that all products are housed under the same roof, allowing parents to mix and match in a one-stop-shop.
Our second-hand uniform service is run as follows: parents drop off their old uniform either through the School, or at Lana-Cotone. We go through the items received and anything which is not deemed to be saleable (say due to holes, shrinkage, stains, etc.) is donated to the charity, Scope, who recycle the fabric. The remainder is sold at 50% of the price for new uniform. When items sell, we set aside 50% of the proceeds to pay the contributing parents. We send out cheques twice a year (August /September and February /March)
